2025 Migration Consultant
Request for Proposal
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to identify a database consultant to support us in managing our database migration (combining EveryAction and MyMembers into a single EveryAction instance).Organization Background
Reproductive Freedom for All fights for reproductive freedom for every person in every state. We organize and mobilize to ensure everybody has access to abortion care, birth control, paid family and sick leave, and pregnancy discrimination protections.
Our database is an essential tool for our work to organize and mobilize the 8 in 10 Americans who believe in the legal right to abortion.
We maintain two databases: EveryAction for our development data, and MyMembers for our digital and organizing data. Information comes into these databases from a variety of sources, including ActBlue, paid acquisition, and on-the ground organizing. In spring/summer 2025, we will be migrating into a single instance of EveryAction.

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical instructions to users with varying levels of computer skills or understanding of technical terminology.
