Organization Background

Reproductive Freedom for All fights for reproductive freedom for every person in every state. We organize and mobilize to ensure everybody has access to abortion care, birth control, paid family and sick leave, and pregnancy discrimination protections.

Project Overview

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify a consultant to support our persuasion and awareness work.

Consultants should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising
  • Experience with persuasion and/or awareness programs, including targeted content and media planning for specific audiences
  • Excellent client management skills that prioritize clear communication, creativity, and the ability to execute projects in a rapid response environment
  • A demonstrated commitment to Reproductive Freedom for All’s values of collaboration, equity, excellence, inclusion and transparency
  • A strong commitment to reproductive freedom

The consultant will work primarily with the Digital and Data team, as well as the Communications and Executive teams.

RFP Objectives

Reproductive Freedom for All is looking for a consultant to support our persuasion ads program, including creative development, media buying and reporting through the 2026 electoral cycle (estimated 10-15 spots throughout the engagement). We are looking for expertise across geographies and demographics.

Budget Details

The budget for this project will be dependent on the specific creative that is developed and the media buys that are actualized. Consultants are asked to share their compensation and pricing structure, to include commission rates.

Timeline

  • May 18, 2026: RFP is sent
  • May 29, 2026: Proposals must be received by Reproductive Freedom for All.
  • June 5, 2026: Firms selected to present/pitch will be contacted
  • June 8-12, 2026: Presentation/pitch zoom calls
  • June 15, 2026: Selection made and all firms informed
  • June 22, 2026: Contract begins
  • December 1, 2026: Contract ends

About You 

  • Please provide the names and contact information of three clients or references with whom you have worked directly and can speak to your work.
  • How is your team structured? Who would we be working with on a day to day basis?
  • Please describe your experience working with progressive organizations to persuade, mobilize, or raise awareness with key audiences.
  • Please describe any areas of expertise your team has (including specific geographies, demographics, etc).
  • Describe your commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Provide specific examples that support this commitment.
  • Describe your efforts to support reproductive freedom and social justice issues. Provide specific examples of these efforts, for example, have you worked with other progressive advocacy or reproductive freedom organizations?
  • Please indicate whether you describe yourself or your company as identified below and whether there is certification/representation at the ownership level in the following categories:
    • Minority-owned
    • Women-owned
    • LGBT+-owned
    • Disabled-owned
    • Veteran-owned
    • Union affiliated

Your Experience and Approach

  • Describe your experience to creative development, especially for specific audiences.
  • Describe your approach to media planning. How are you ensuring you’re meeting people where they are?
