Culture and Climate Survey
We conducted an organization-wide Culture and Climate survey to better understand what staff value and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Supporters, members, and friends,
We are in an increasingly challenging environment. Advocating for reproductive freedom, our rights, and democracy has always been tough, but now we are facing relentless challenges and must overcome new obstacles seemingly daily. It is also incredibly important and none of it is possible without our staff.
Repro for All’s Equity, Culture, and Talent (ECT) team is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for all employees. We continue to be resolute in our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and our work with partners throughout the reproductive health, rights, and justice movements, and the broader progressive space.
As an organization, we need to ensure our staff have the resources, balance, and rest they need to be strong advocates. In 2025, we invested in our staff in ways designed to support them as advocates—and as people.
Thank you for supporting our mission and our staff. It truly takes all of us.
Together,

We conducted an organization-wide Culture and Climate survey to better understand what staff value and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Based on data from our performance management process, our 2025 training plan offered refreshed training programs designed to help fill skill gaps within the organization while being responsive to staff needs—e.g., finding more in-person training opportunities, and identifying specific areas employees want training in to help with their stretch goals.
Using 100% staff input, we launched a wellness program designed to provide the resources and support employees said they needed most.
We brought staff together in Washington, DC for a multi-day retreat featuring team-building activities, special guests—including Rep. Maxwell Frost (FL-10)—and collaborative goal-setting for the year ahead.
The safety of our staff and volunteers remains a top priority. We partnered with organizations specializing in security for progressive groups to conduct an in-depth security assessment and implement enhanced safety measures for staff and volunteers.
