The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify a merchandise vendor to support our merchandise needs, for both our online store and for on-the-ground organizing.

Organization Background

Reproductive Freedom for All fights for reproductive freedom for every person in every state. We organize and mobilize to ensure everybody has access to abortion care, birth control, paid family and sick leave, and pregnancy discrimination protections.

Project Overview

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify a merchandise vendor to support our merchandise needs, for both our online store and for on-the ground organizing.

We are aiming to bring on a consultant during May 2024.  

Consultants should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience with merchandise design, printing and fulfillment
  • Experience sourcing union made and U.S. made and printed items
  • High standards for fulfillment and customer service
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to Reproductive Freedom for All’s values of collaboration, equity, excellence, inclusion and transparency
  • A strong commitment to reproductive freedom

The consultant will work primarily with the Digital team.

RFP Objectives

Reproductive Freedom for All is looking for a consultant to:

  • Source union and U.S. made items
  • Handle fulfillment of customer orders
  • Maintain online store
  • Coordinate with our customer service team to resolve issues quickly
  • Help with Shopify backend maintenance as needed
  • Help create simple designs for items as needed
