When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, it permanently altered the landscape for abortion access across the country. Without a constitutional right to abortion, patients seeking safe, legally protected options for reproductive health care need abortion access in Arizona—which is why we’re working to make it a permanent fixture in our constitution.

As of now, abortion is legal in Arizona through 15 weeks of pregnancy, but there are multiple restrictions on abortion within those 15 weeks.
