NARAL Pro-Choice America Applauds Department of Justice Opinion Clearing Postal Service to Deliver Medication Abortion Care By Mail

Washington, DC — This week, the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) released an opinion that will continue to allow the U.S. Postal Service to deliver mifepristone and misoprostol, the medications used in medication abortion care. The opinion specified that doing so is not a violation of the Comstock Act.
