New York — Today, voters in New York’s 16th Congressional District elected NARAL-endorsed candidate Jamaal Bowman to the U.S. House of Representatives. His victory over anti-choice, anti-freedom Conservative Party opponent Patrick McManus marks a huge win for reproductive freedom.
In response to Bowman’s victory, NARAL Pro-Choice America President Ilyse Hogue released the following statement:
