Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Washington, DC — Today, NARAL Pro-Choice America released new research exposing the corruption at the U.S. Supreme Court and the ties several of its justices have to anti-abortion extremism. This release comes as the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on concerns of ethics violations from Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch earlier today.
This new memo highlights the ways anti-abortion organizations and operatives have been at the heart of the successful effort to corrupt the federal judiciary and the Supreme Court of the United States for years. The confirmations of three radical justices to the Supreme Court—and dozens of other lower court judges like Matthew Kacsmaryk—set the stage for the Court’s decision to overturn 50 years of precedent in Roe v. Wade and unleashed this new crisis of care facing pregnant people in the U.S.
NARAL Pro-Choice America President Mini Timmaraju released the following statement in response:
“The crisis at the federal judiciary directly threatens our fundamental rights: reproductive freedom, voting access, and our very democracy. Today’s hearing is the first step in ensuring the fabric of our nation is held by the people, not ideologues cherrypicked by anti-abortion organizations and influencers. It is simply unacceptable for the highest court in the land to have the lowest standards when it comes to ethics. Today, we are saying, no more. No more corruption. No more under-the-table financial deals. No more behind-the-scenes meetings between those who swear to protect our constitutional rights and those who would eschew our rights for their own power. NARAL Pro-Choice America is dedicated to exposing these nefarious actions, and we call on our elected officials to fight for the 8 in 10 Americans who know these decisions are not right, not just, and make us all less free.”
Last week, NARAL Pro-Choice America announced that it is calling for Congress to enact Supreme Court expansion as part of the organization’s court reform efforts. This announcement comes as NARAL joins the Just Majority: Democracy Demands A Fair And Ethical Court campaign alongside partners across the progressive movement.
