Organization Background
Reproductive Freedom for All fights for reproductive freedom for every person in every state. We organize and mobilize to ensure everybody has access to abortion care, birth control, paid family and sick leave, and pregnancy discrimination protections.
Project Overview
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify a communications consultant for Arizona to support a bold, creative communications strategy that elevates Reproductive Freedom for All’s campaigns, programs, and long-term vision across Arizona. This person will lead a sophisticated rapid response operation, create press plans, build events, pitch stories, and serve as an on-the-record spokesperson for the Arizona organization.
We are aiming to bring on a consultant by June 1, 2026. The consultant will work primarily with the Director of Arizona Campaigns and the national communications team.

The Consultant will receive between $3,000-$5,000 per month, commensurate with experience. The contract will run through 11/15/2026.
