Intro to Repro: Thursdays
Learn how we mobilize for reproductive freedom, get ready to take action, and build a powerful community together.
Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America
In this critical fight for reproductive freedom, building power and securing lasting change starts with volunteers like you.
With anti-abortion extremists threatening our fundamental freedoms, the time to get involved is right now. It takes all of us working together to build the future we want and deserve—and we want you with us!
Learn how we mobilize for reproductive freedom, get ready to take action, and build a powerful community together.
Every week, we meet to make calls to protect and expand reproductive freedom at federal, state, and local levels as part of our Weekly Call Club.
We're building a volunteer network that will take action online and spread the word in their communities. As a part of this team, you'll be the first to receive digital actions and share them with your personal network.
Build grassroots and political power to engage and mobilize communities in one of our state chapters! Get involved to lobby state lawmakers, and advocate for change in DMV (Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia), Arizona, California, Georgia, Michigan, and Nevada.
Storytelling has and will always be a critical part of organizing; we can't build community without it!
Help amplify the message at the core of our work: that freedom is for everybody and everybody has a story worth telling.
Community is everything, and we’re fighting back to secure reproductive freedom together (without even leaving the couch!). The texting team is excited to host a mid-week happy hour, where we’ll wind down together and virtually hang out while texting for good! 🥂💜
Join our Youth Organizing Team to champion reproductive freedom on college campuses—engage in grassroots organizing, raise awareness, and empower your peers to take action for abortion rights!
Join 4 million people across the U.S. who believe decisions about our bodies, lives, and futures belong to us—not politicians and extremists.

"I volunteer with Reproductive Freedom for All because I want to show an accurate representation of someone who is affected by the legislature that is attempting to remove what should naturally be my right, which is to choose what I do with my own body. I am not a concept of a person needing reproductive services, nor am I a ‘what if’ scenario. I am real, my story is real, and I know that there are so many people with stories like mine that need to be represented."
California
"Engaging celebrants at Oakland Pride last year was a blast! The diverse crowd was welcoming, lots of sign-ups on our clipboards as people were very concerned about the threat to reproductive rights across the country as well as being enthusiastic to support our work. "

"Volunteering means to me a new experience, and insight into the fight to provide reproductive health care for everybody. I personally have struggled with reproductive health and meeting people who have similar experiences to mine means less isolating feelings, and more friends to talk to."
Georgia
"Volunteering with Reproductive Freedom for All has been a powerful extension of the same commitment that led me to pursue my Master of Public Health: the fight for reproductive justice. I felt the impact of that work firsthand while post carding for the recent Wisconsin Supreme Court election in support of Susan Crawford—knowing our efforts perhaps played a part in that victory, was incredibly motivating. At Reproductive Freedom for All, I know that when we fight, we win."
Have questions? You’re not alone. Here are answers to the most common ones we hear from new volunteers.
Not sure where you fit yet? That’s okay. Many volunteers start with one action—like texting or attending a virtual event—and grow from there. Take the volunteer quiz.
Yes! There are plenty of ways to volunteer with us—including text banking, phone banking, calling lawmakers, participating at virtual events, and posting on social media. Browse our upcoming virtual events.
Of course! One way to get started is with our text banking program. Keep in touch with ways to take action when you sign up to receive text and email updates from us.
Key legislative fights, elections, and court decisions are happening this year—and volunteer support matters most before those moments hit.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need a lot of time. You just need to start.
