Influence Meaningful Change in Arizona

In the 2024 elections, we galvanized support for ballot measure Prop 139, the constitutional amendment to protect abortion which Arizonans overwhelmingly voted to support. We also helped to elect reproductive freedom champions, including Ruben Gallego to the U.S. Senate.

Hold Arizona Lawmakers Accountable

We mobilize our powerful grassroots network of people (like you!) across Arizona who believe in reproductive freedom. We flood our lawmakers' offices with letters, phone calls, and emails in support of reproductive freedom. And if they vote to take away our rights, we'll make sure they lose their seats.

STATE OF ABORTION

Arizona for Abortion Access

In a resounding vote in the 2024 election, Arizonans approved the Proposition 139 ballot measure locking abortion rights into the state’s constitution, a historic victory for abortion access in the Southwest.

In 2025, Republican state lawmakers are introducing bills to undermine abortion access and gut the abortion ballot measure. Now more than ever, we need to demonstrate the power of the reproductive freedom movement in Arizona—together.

WHAT WE’RE WATCHING

✅ Reproductive Freedom For All celebrates as Arizona’s 15-Week abortion ban is permanently blocked because of the Prop 139 ballot measure

✅ After Prop 139 passed, Arizona health care providers filed a lawsuit that challenges Arizona’s 15-week ban under the constitutional amendment protecting abortion.

✅ State Attorney General Mayes signed a stipulation that protects Arizona providers, allowing them to provide abortion care while litigation is underway.
