Ahead of State of the Union, Reproductive Freedom for All Foundation Launches Primetime Ad Demanding Accountability and Full Release of Epstein Files
Washington, DC — Tonight, ahead of the State of the Union, Reproductive Freedom for All Foundation is running a primetime MS NOW ad demanding the full public release of all Epstein files and accountability for every perpetrator implicated.
This is the Foundation’s third ad calling for transparency and justice around the Epstein files. The new spot will air just before Donald Trump addresses Congress and the nation and hours after a new NPR investigation reported that, despite federal law requiring the release of all Epstein-related materials, his Justice Department withheld more records detailing allegations against Trump and his connection to Jeffrey Epstein.
According to NPR’s investigation, the withheld materials include “what appears to be more than 50 pages of FBI interviews, and notes from conversations with a woman who accused Trump of sexual abuse decades ago when she was a minor.”
The spot makes clear that the same predators who abused women and children, operating for years without consequence, are part of a broader culture of control that seeks to dominate our bodies, lives, and futures—and the people protecting abusers are the same people working to ban abortion nationwide, stack the courts, and strip away our fundamental rights.
Reproductive Freedom for All Foundation President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Trump’s name is littered throughout the Epstein files. So it’s not surprising that Trump and his protectors are using every level of government to attack reproductive freedom, because reproductive freedom is built on the basic premise that women and girls are human beings with agency over their own bodies and lives.
Reproductive Freedom for All Foundation is using this high-visibility moment to demand full transparency and accountability. We cannot allow these revelations to be swallowed by the next news cycle, and we refuse to accept a system where survivors are silenced and elites evade consequences while pushing policies that criminalize health care and oppress women and girls.
The public deserves the full truth. Survivors deserve justice. And everyone deserves the freedom to make decisions about their own bodies, lives, and futures.”
Ahead of the national cable spot, Reproductive Freedom for All Foundation launched a five-figure local digital ad buy on streaming and Meta targeted to Capitol Hill.
The latest ad builds on a six-figure national advertising campaign the Foundation ran last year, calling out efforts to shield powerful abusers like Epstein and Trump while advancing an agenda that robs women of their fundamental freedoms. That ad, which ran on YouTube and targeted women under 55, launched the same week that 100 survivors of sexual assault gathered on Capitol Hill to speak out against Epstein and other predators.
