Earle-Sears has openly supported extreme abortion bans like Texas’ SB8 ban, and previously said that Virginia should copy Texas’ abortion ban, which would ban nearly all abortions in Virginia.
When pressed on the topic of abortion earlier this year, Earle-Sears dodged and deflected, refusing to say whether she’d further restrict access in Virginia. In a chaotic interview with CNN’s Manu Raju, Earle-Sears lied about Abigail Spanberger’s platform and spread misinformation about abortion, amplifying a false, harmful narrative meant to intimidate and confuse voters.
