Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, H.R.2617. Cassidy (R-LA) amendment to include the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act in the FY’23 omnibus. A bill to eliminate pregnancy discrimination and promote health and economic security by requiring employers to provide reasonable accommodations to working people for limitations arising out of pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions.
