Reproductive Freedom for All Applauds Confirmation of Judge Nicole Berner to Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals
Washington, DC — Today, Senate Democrats confirmed President Biden’s nomination of Judge Nicole Berner to serve on the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Berner previously served as general counsel at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and advanced reproductive freedom as an attorney for Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
