Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona Statement on Supreme Court Ruling on Medication Abortion Case

Phoenix, AZ — Today, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its decision in Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. FDA, a case brought by anti-abortion extremists to determine whether to impose restrictions on mifepristone.

Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Arizona Campaigns Athena Salman released the following statement:

“While this is welcomed news, we know that anti-abortion extremists will continue attacking our reproductive freedom until they ban abortion nationwide. That’s why here in Arizona we’re working hard to mobilize our members to elect reproductive freedom champions up and down the ballot and enshrine abortion rights to our state constitution to protect reproductive freedom for future generations. We won’t let these extremists further decimate our rights.”
