Reproductive Freedom for All California Statement on Endorsement of Vice President Harris as President Biden Exits Race
Sacramento, CA — Today, as President Joe Biden announced his exit from the 2024 presidential race, Reproductive Freedom for All extended its deepest gratitude to President Biden for his long-standing commitment to reproductive freedom and announced its endorsement of Vice President Harris for president.
Reproductive Freedom for All Director of State Campaigns Caroline Mello Roberson released the following statement:
“The Biden-Harris administration has been an indispensable partner in our fight to roll back the harm that the Trump administration waged on our rights and ensure that everybody has true reproductive freedom. We’re incredibly grateful to President Biden for his commitment to the American people and defending our democracy.
Looking ahead to November, Reproductive Freedom for All California’s members are fired up and mobilizing to ensure Vice President Harris is our next president. Californians saw firsthand when she served as their attorney general and U.S. senator that Kamala Harris is a tireless, fierce champion for their rights—and she showed that once again as she has served as our vice president. She had our backs, and we’re proud to have hers.”
