Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Celebrates the Introduction of the EACH Act
Washington, DC — Today, Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) and Representative Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) introduced the Equal Access to Abortion Coverage in Health Insurance (EACH) Act. The EACH Act would ensure that federal health plans and programs cover and provide access to abortion care by lifting existing coverage bans for those who receive their health insurance through the federal government.
This bill would include those insured through Medicaid and Medicare, federal employees, Indigenous communities, pregnant people who are incarcerated or in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody, service members, and people with low incomes in the District of Columbia. It would also prohibit the federal government from interfering with the private insurance market to prevent insurance companies from providing abortion coverage.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“The EACH Act is a critical step to ensuring abortion access is accessible without exceptions or barriers to those who need it. No one should be denied the ability to make decisions about their health just because of how they’re insured. We thank Senator Tammy Duckworth and Representative Ayanna Pressley for continuing to fight for our reproductive freedom and against the Trump Administration that is chipping away at our rights every day.”
The EACH Act is urgently needed in light of ongoing attacks on access. In Medina v. PPSAT, the Supreme Court allowed South Carolina to block Medicaid patients from receiving care at Planned Parenthood clinics. This decision could force health centers to close—threatening access not just to abortion but also to basic care like STI testing, contraception, and cancer screenings, especially in communities with few alternatives.
