Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Arizona Member and Nurse Elizabeth Lee to Represent AZ-05 in Congress

Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All endorsed Elizabeth Lee to represent AZ-05 in the U.S. House of Representatives. Lee has fought for reproductive freedom across the state as a member of Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona and has been a driving force in reproductive healthcare for over a decade as a registered nurse. She is ready to bring that same commitment to serving her community to Congress.

Lee’s opponent, Mark Lamb, is an anti-abortion extremist who opposed Arizona’s ballot measure to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution and would fall in line with the GOP’s dangerous national anti-abortion agenda if elected.

Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:

“Abortion access is on the ballot in Arizona, and Elizabeth Lee has what it takes to win. Arizonans fought hard for their freedom, and they deserve leaders who will protect it at every level of government. We’re going all in to elect her and stop anti-abortion extremists from dragging Arizona backward.”

This endorsement comes as part of Reproductive Freedom for All’s historic My Body. My Ballot. midterm program. The campaign is mobilizing the 8 in 10 Americans who support reproductive freedom and reaching voters across the country to elect reproductive freedom champions up and down the ballot.
