Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Rep. April McClain Delaney for Reelection
Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All announced its endorsement of Rep. April McClain Delaney for reelection in Maryland’s 6th District. Since being elected to Congress, McClain Delaney has proven to be a steadfast champion for reproductive freedom, standing up against anti-abortion extremists in Congress and fighting back against attacks on Americans’ healthcare. She has consistently supported key legislation to protect abortion access.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Rep. McClain Delaney has never wavered on her support for reproductive freedom, and has proven to be one of our strongest fighters in the halls of Congress. We are proud to endorse her for reelection in Maryland’s 6th Congressional District. As Trump and Republican lawmakers work to chip away at our most fundamental rights and freedoms, we need Rep. McClain Delaney to help us hold the line in Congress.”
Rep. April McClain Delaney released the following statement:
“I’m proud to have the endorsement of Reproductive Freedom for All. At a time when Donald Trump and his allies are working to roll back fundamental rights, we have to be clear: reproductive freedom is non-negotiable. Marylanders deserve the ability to make their own health care decisions without political interference, and I’ll always keep fighting to protect those rights.”
