Reproductive Freedom for All Expands Mail Program Hitting Susan Collins’ Anti-Abortion Record Following First Senate Debate
Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All announced a nearly $250,000 investment in three new mail pieces slamming Susan Collins’ anti-abortion record, doubling the investment launched last month. The mail program highlights Collins’ vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court — which led to the fall of Roe — alongside her votes for over 100 Trump judges.
The pieces began hitting mailboxes following the first U.S. Senate debate in Maine between Troy Jackson and Susan Collins, where Collins’ vote to confirm Kavanaugh was front and center.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Susan Collins might not regret her vote for Kavanaugh yet, but she will on Election Day. Mainers won’t forget that Collins turned her back on Maine women and paved the way for Roe to be overturned.”
The Maine direct-mail program, which is part of the organization’s $23.5 million My Body. My Ballot. campaign, will reach more than 100,000 Maine households with six mail pieces highlighting Collins’ anti-abortion record and her role in gutting abortion access for millions of Americans.
Reproductive Freedom for All has endorsed Troy Jackson for the U.S. Senate and helped launch the “Women for Troy” coalition over the summer.
