Reproductive Freedom for All Freedom Fund Launches New Ad Showing the Deadly Consequences of Trump’s Abortion Bans
Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All Freedom Fund launched a powerful ad, called “Amber,” which discusses the recent death of Amber Nicole Thurman and illustrates the real and deadly consequences that Trump and the Republican Party’s abortion bans are having on women and pregnant people—and the disproportionate impact on Black women. The six-figure ad campaign is meant to reach young voters, including Black and Latino/a voters and low propensity voters, in Georgia. The ad will be accompanied by a push to dial 150,000 voters.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Donald Trump is responsible for the death of Amber Nicole Thurman, and he must be held accountable for it at the ballot box. Trump and Republican politicians have plunged our country into a world where pregnant people are literally dying. The stakes in this election could not be any higher, and we must do everything we can to make that clear.”
