VIDEO: Reproductive Freedom for All Launches My Body. My Ballot., the Largest Midterm Investment in Its History
Washington, DC — Today, as part of its My Body. My Ballot. campaign—the largest midterm electoral effort in the organization’s history—Reproductive Freedom for All released a new video highlighting what’s at stake for reproductive freedom in the 2026 elections. The video previews the campaign’s strategy to harness the political power of its 4.5 million members and the eight in ten Americans who support legal abortion to elect reproductive freedom champions and hold anti-abortion politicians accountable.
Four years after Dobbs, anti-abortion extremists have continued to escalate their attacks on reproductive freedom—passing dangerous abortion bans, targeting medication abortion, threatening IVF, and laying the groundwork for a national abortion ban. The human cost is undeniable. Women have been denied care. Families have endured preventable tragedy. And women have died.
Those realities are at the heart of My Body. My Ballot.—a campaign built to turn overwhelming public support for legal abortion into electoral power.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Abortion is popular – more popular than any individual politician. What’s not popular is Trump and the MAGA movement, who continue to lose voter support with every new attack on abortion access. Instead of lowering costs or helping families plan their futures, MAGA Republicans have advanced policies that make it harder for people to decide whether, when, and how to grow their families.
My Body. My Ballot. is about making sure every voter understands how the issues they care most about are connected: our bodies, our families, our health care, our economic security, and our freedom. We have the members, the political power, and the organizing infrastructure to turn outrage into action.
Four years after Dobbs, abortion bans have created a dangerous and chaotic patchwork where access to care depends on where someone lives, how much money they have, and whether they can travel. Anti-abortion politicians created this crisis, and this November, Americans will make sure they are held accountable.”
The video comes as Reproductive Freedom for All launches My Body. My Ballot., a $23.5 million campaign to mobilize voters, hold anti-abortion politicians accountable, and elect leaders who will protect reproductive freedom. The campaign marks the organization’s largest-ever midterm electoral program and will focus on mobilizing voters in key races in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, California, and Georgia.
At the center of My Body. My Ballot. is the key fact that support for abortion access wins across party lines. Four years after Dobbs, the stakes could not be clearer. The campaign is about ensuring voters understand how reproductive freedom is connected to their health care, families, economic security, and freedom, and making sure anti-abortion politicians are held accountable at the ballot box.
