Nevadans For Reproductive Freedom Launches $1 Million Digital Campaign to Support Question 6 and Enshrine Abortion Protections in State Constitution

Washington, DC — Today, Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom launched a new $1 million digital ad campaign in support of Question 6, which would enshrine abortion access into Nevada’s Constitution.

The new ad highlights why passing Question 6 is crucial given Governor Lombardo’s anti-abortion record, which includes celebrating the fall of Roe v. Wade and supporting an abortion ban in Nevada. He also vetoed protections for birth control access.

Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom President and Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Nevada Campaigns Denise Lopez released the following statement:

“Access to health care should not be up for grabs by anti-abortion politicians. Governor Joe Lombardo has repeatedly used his office to undermine reproductive freedom, violating the will of voters. In 2024, two thirds of Nevadans voted to protect abortion access, and this year is our opportunity to make those protections permanent.”

Question 6 passed in 2024 with two-thirds of support from Nevadans, but the ballot measure must pass again in 2026 to become part of the state constitution.
