Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Applauds California’s Move to Protect Planned Parenthood and Safeguard Care in California
Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All praised Governor Gavin Newsom for investing over $140 million in state funding to protect care at Planned Parenthood health centers in California. This follows federal moves by the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress to block Medicaid reimbursement to Planned Parenthood providers in H.R.1, their so-called “Big Beautiful Bill.”
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“We’re grateful that Governor Newsom has taken action to protect patients and keep clinics open. Closing this funding gap helps slow the harm that Trump and Republicans in Congress set in motion when they defunded Planned Parenthood and created this health care crisis. This doesn’t just safeguard care in California—it protects access for people across the country who travel there when their own states turn them away.”
Planned Parenthood health centers in California serve about one-third of Planned Parenthood patients nationwide, and more than 80% of those patients rely on Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid program, for coverage. Today’s action ensures continuity of services across communities that already face the greatest barriers to care.
