Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona Celebrates Legislative Session Wins
Phoenix, AZ — Last week, the Arizona State Legislature adjourned sine die after passing this year’s budget, which Governor Hobbs went on to sign. Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona celebrates several legislative victories this session.
In the budget, Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona organizers stopped the Republicans’ efforts to gut AHCCCS (Medicaid), which covers 50% of births in Arizona, and blocked all anti-abortion legislation from being enshrined into law. MAGA extremists tried to pass ballot referrals that would have gutted the Arizona Abortion Access Act of its most important protections and make future attempts to amend the Arizona constitution more difficult (HCR2058 and HCR2025). Republicans pushed this legislation despite Prop 139 winning every legislative district in the state.
Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Arizona Campaigns Athena Salman released the following statement:
“Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona is proud to celebrate many legislative wins, secured through the work of reproductive freedom champions in the Governor’s seat and legislature, and organizing efforts driven by our members. Anti-abortion extremists in the legislative majority tried their hardest to render Prop 139 ineffective, but they failed. They tried to make up for their losses in the last election by cheating, but we stopped them. We will continue to fight for Arizonans who have made it clear that we want the freedom to make our own decisions about our reproductive health care, not the government. We know our work to protect reproductive freedom will never stop, and we will show up even larger and stronger next time.”
