Reproductive Freedom for All Celebrates Election of Judge Katherine Bidegaray to Montana Supreme Court
Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All-endorsed candidate Judge Katherine Bidegaray was elected to the Montana Supreme Court, a crucial win for the future of reproductive freedom in the state. Montana voters chose a Supreme Court that would uphold their rights. Judge Bidegaray is committed to upholding the state’s constitutional right to privacy that protects access to abortion and will play a pivotal role in deciding the future of reproductive freedom in Montana.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
