Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Condemns GOP’s Push for a Second North Carolina Supreme Court Race Recount
Raleigh, NC — North Carolina Republicans are attempting to skirt the state’s democratic legal system to demand a second recount of the state supreme court election results—a desperate attempt to ignore the will of the voters. The legal arguments put forth by Judge Griffin and the North Carolina GOP have already been struck down by the state Board of Elections, state courts, and federal courts. Regardless, Justice Griffin is seeking to have the ballots of over 60,000 North Carolinians thrown out, many of whom are members of the military, including veterans and active duty service members.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“This is about accepting the results of free and fair elections. Trying to engineer an electoral outcome by disenfranchising more than 60,000 voters, including active duty and retired service members, is anti-democratic. Republicans must accept the will of voters—even if they don’t like the results.”
