Reproductive Freedom for All-Endorsed Candidates Aaron Ford, Sandra Jauregui, and Nicole Cannizzaro Win Nevada Primaries
Carson City, NV — Last night, Reproductive Freedom for All-endorsed candidates Aaron Ford, Sandra Jauregui, and Nicole Cannizzaro won their Democratic primaries, securing the nominations for governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general, respectively.
Nevada has remained a place where people can safely access the reproductive health care they need—and Nevadans made clear they intend to keep it that way.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Aaron Ford, Sandra Jauregui, and Nicole Cannizzaro have spent their careers fighting for Nevadans—and now we are one step closer to putting them in offices where they can continue to hold the line against increasing attacks on reproductive freedom. Trump and his allies are escalating their attacks on health care and abortion access—and voting for reproductive champions is how the people of Nevada are fighting back.”
