Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Sandra Jauregui for Nevada’s Lieutenant Governor
Washington, DC — Today, on the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act being signed into law, Reproductive Freedom for All endorsed Sandra Jauregui in her bid to become Nevada’s lieutenant governor. To commemorate this day and celebrate the endorsement, Reproductive Freedom for All Nevada is hosting a roundtable discussion in Reno with Director of Nevada Campaigns Denise Lopez, Assemblymember Jauregui, community leaders, health care professionals, and partner organizations in Washoe County.
As a state legislator, Jauregui has consistently used her position to expand access to reproductive freedom for all Nevadans, including co-sponsoring legislation that laid the groundwork for Question 6—the constitutional amendment creating a right to reproductive freedom. She also co-sponsored a bill that repealed the state’s criminal penalties on abortion and has supported legislation to expand access to contraception, create paid leave for state employees, and require all private insurance plans and state Medicaid to provide fertility care coverage.
Assemblymember Jauregui is also a survivor of the October 1 mass shooting in Las Vegas, and she has turned that tragedy into a fight for commonsense gun safety laws. Her experience continues to define her dedication to protecting the health and safety of all Nevadans.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Lieutenant governors are on the frontlines defending our rights and freedoms, and Sandra Jauregui has made it clear that she will protect abortion access without hesitation. Nevadans need a leader they can count on to fight back against anti-abortion extremists who won’t stop attacking access to health and reproductive care. Reproductive Freedom for All is proud to support Sandra in the fight to protect abortion access for all Nevadans.”
Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Nevada Campaigns Denise Lopez released the following statement:
“In the legislature, Sandra Jauregui secured her legacy as a steadfast champion of Nevadans reproductive rights—fighting to put abortion access in our constitution, increasing access to fertility treatments and paid family leave, and repealing criminal penalties for abortion. We need her in office to keep standing up for our families, and Reproductive Freedom for All Nevada is ready to mobilize our 60,000 members to elect Sandra Jauregui for lieutenant governor this November.”
Assemblymember Sandra Jauregui released the following statement:
“Nevada has a long history of protecting access to reproductive care, abortion rights, and believing in the idea that women have a fundamental right to make decisions about our own bodies. I am honored to have the support of Reproductive Freedom For All, and will continue to advocate and fight for these fundamental rights for all women. No one should have their health care restricted or their future determined by political interference.”
Reproductive Freedom for All recently endorsed Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford for governor and Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro for attorney general in Nevada.
In 2026, Nevada voters will also have the opportunity to vote to constitutionally protect access to abortion via a ballot measure. During the 2024 election, Question 6 passed with overwhelming support from Nevadans.
