Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Slate of Candidates for Key Nevada Midterm Races

Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All is proud to announce its endorsement of Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar and 13 reproductive freedom champions running for the Nevada Legislature. Electing these candidates is critical to maintaining a reproductive freedom majority and ensuring Nevada has leaders who will defend their reproductive freedom as voters move to enshrine it in the state constitution this November.

Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:

“These 14 champions will fight for the health care Nevadans rely on, from abortion access to the fertility coverage Governor Lombardo vetoed last session. Reproductive Freedom for All is proud to endorse these candidates to hold the line against Trump and MAGA republicans and their attacks on reproductive freedom.”

Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Nevada Campaigns Denise Lopez released the following statement:

“Every candidate on this slate is committed to protecting reproductive freedom for all Nevadans. Our more than 57,000 members are organizing across the state to elect these champions and pass Question 6 again this November.”

The endorsements are part of the organization’s My Body. My Ballot. electoral campaign, a $23.5 million effort to mobilize the 8 in 10 Americans who support legal abortion and hold anti-abortion extremists accountable at the ballot box.

This November, Nevada voters will once again have the opportunity to vote to protect access to abortion by voting yes on Question 6, which will cement protections in the state constitution once passed for a second time. During the 2024 election, Question 6 passed with overwhelming support.
