Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Slate of Reproductive Freedom Champions in Key Georgia Races

Atlanta, GA — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All endorsed four reproductive freedom champions running in key statewide races in Georgia, which has one of the most extreme abortion bans in the country. These leaders are committed to defending Georgians’ fundamental rights, protecting patients and providers across the state, and expanding access to abortion.

Reproductive Freedom for All is proud to endorse the following candidates:

  • Keisha Lance Bottoms (Governor)
  • Josh McLaurin (Lt. Governor)
  • Tanya Miller (Attorney General)
  • Judge Penny Brown Reynolds (Secretary of State)

Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:

“Georgia has one of the worst abortion bans in the country. Amber Nicole Thurman and Candi Miller are not with us today because they were denied life-saving abortion care. Republicans like Rick Jackson and Mike Collins must answer for these deadly policies that insert politicians into decisions that should be made between patients and their doctors. Reproductive freedom is top of mind for Georgia voters in 2026, and we are proud to endorse leaders like Keisha Lance Bottoms, Josh McLaurin, Tanya Miller, and Judge Penny Brown Reynolds who will champion Georgians’ health care and rights.”

Reproductive Freedom for All Director of State Campaigns Pavitra Abraham released the following statement:

“Keisha Lance Bottoms, Josh McLaurin, Tanya Miller, and Judge Penny Brown Reynolds trust Georgians to make their own decisions about their bodies and futures. Georgians have lived through the tragedies caused by Republicans’ anti-abortion policies and are fired up to hold them accountable this November. Reproductive Freedom for All is mobilizing our nearly 100,000 members across the state to elect real champions of reproductive freedom up and down the ballot.”

Democratic Nominee for Governor Keisha Lance Bottoms released the following statement:

“I am grateful for the support of Reproductive Freedom for All. This endorsement highlights the importance of the Georgia governor’s race in protecting women’s right to make their own health care decisions. As governor, I will protect women’s health and take action to decrease maternal mortality, as well as restore our rights to a Roe-era standard.”

These endorsements come as part of Reproductive Freedom for All’s historic $23.5 million My Body. My Ballot. campaign—the organization’s largest-ever midterm electoral program—which is mobilizing voters, holding anti-abortion politicians accountable, and electing reproductive freedom champions in key races across Georgia and the country. Reproductive Freedom for All also released new research as part of the campaign showing that abortion will be a decisive issue and shape which candidates battleground voters support in 2026, including in Georgia.
