Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Nevada Campaigns Denise Lopez released the following statement:
“As we watch the Trump administration and GOP-led states chip away at our reproductive freedom, our Champions in the Nevada state legislature have introduced and passed legislation meant to fight back against these threats. Now, it’s up to Governor Lombardo to sign these bills into law and stand up for Nevadans’ reproductive freedom. At a critical time for people’s access to health care, and as we approach Nevada’s 2026 Governor’s race, our over 60,000 members statewide will be closely watching and are ready to hold electeds accountable.”
