What's New at Repro for All Toplines
Earlier this month, over 400 volunteers, youth activists, and coalition partners came together in Lansing for Capitol Day 2025 to demand bold action for reproductive freedom.
Alongside our friends at Michigan United and other key allies, we rallied to protest health care cuts, hear inspiring stories from organizers, and meet with lawmakers to advocate for reproductive freedom legislation.
Your state lawmakers have the power to pass legislation that will shape our daily lives—from bills on abortion rights to birth control access to IVF.
As a constituent, your opinion matters—make it count. Tell them loud and clear: you support reproductive freedom, and you're paying attention.
The day began with powerful panels from organizers and community members sharing their experiences navigating Michigan’s health care system.

From there, advocates took to the Capitol to meet with elected officials and urge them to take action on two urgent priorities:
✅ Passing SB 154, a bill that would protect clinics, health care facilities, and their patients from harassment by anti-abortion extremists.
💜 Restore funding to Planned Parenthood of Michigan, which continues to face devastating shortfalls due to the Trump administration’s harmful cuts to Title X and Medicaid.
These policies are critical to protecting access to care, especially for low-income communities and those most impacted by barriers to reproductive health services.
Capitol Day is just one part of a broader statewide movement—and our supporters are showing up everywhere.
On March 19, we joined coalition partners at the Save Our Services Rally in Warren to defend Medicaid and call out attacks on reproductive health care access. Our message was clear: Medicaid is a lifeline, and we won’t let extremist politicians gut essential services just to hand out tax breaks to billionaires.
Then, on April 5, we joined the national #HandsOff mobilization in Detroit—rallying with thousands across the country to tell Donald Trump and Elon Musk: hands off our health care, our Medicaid, and our reproductive freedom.
This is organizing in action: we’re collaborating with our allies, mobilizing young people, and assembling coalitions to build the power we need to win legislative and electoral fights in the years to come.
