What is August Recess Anyway?
Every summer, Congress takes a break and heads home for what’s called August Recess, which means your elected officials are back in your community and way more likely to show up at events, take meetings, and actually listen.
(Well, they SHOULD show up, anyway.)
It’s one of the best opportunities to let them know: we’re all in on reproductive freedom—and we’re demanding them to do the same.
