Equality Under the Constitution: Motion to End Debate

A resolution to eliminate the deadline for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to the U.S Constitution, S.J.Res.4. Motion to invoke cloture (end debate) on the motion to proceed to S.J.Res.4. Three fifths of the Senate (60 votes) is required to invoke cloture on legislation.

This measure positively impacts reproductive freedom.
