Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act, H.R.6918. Final Passage. Fischbach (R-MN) bill to funnel Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funding to anti-abortion centers—sometimes called crisis pregnancy centers—even if they do not meet the program’s stated purposes.
