Refusal to Comply for Religious Employers: Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, H.R.2617. Lankford (R-OK) second-degree amendment to Cassidy (R-LA) amendment to add an exemption that would allow religious employers to deny reasonable accomomodations to pregnant working people.
