Reinstate Title X Restrictions
A resolution to express congressional disapproval of the final rule relating to compliance with Title X requirements, S.J.Res.41. Motion to proceed to consideration of the resolution. This measure reverses the Biden administration rule, which overturned the Trump administration’s domestic gag rule—an anti-choice policy undermining access to birth control and preventive care that forced comprehensive reproductive health care providers out of the Title X program.
This measure negatively impacts reproductive freedom.
