Women’s Health Protection Act: Motion to End Debate H.R.3755

Women’s Health Protection Act, H.R.3755. Motion to invoke cloture (end debate) on the motion to proceed to the Women’s Health Protection Act, a bill to protect the federal right to abortion and block the barrage of state bans and restrictions on abortion intended to impede or outright deny access. Three-fifths of the Senate (60 votes) is required to invoke cloture on legislation. A vote for reproductive freedom was for cloture.
