Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.
Mobilize your community. Hold lawmakers accountable. Organize for reproductive freedom!

Reproductive Freedom for All Condemns Trump DOJ for Firing Prosecutors Who Held Violent Anti-Abortion Extremists Accountable
Washington, DC — The Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) has fired several federal prosecutors involved in enforcing the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. The FACE Act was passed in 1994 with bipartisan support in response to escalating violence, threats, and blockades targeting abortion providers, clinic staff, and patients. The law prohibits the use or threat of force to intimidate, injure, or interfere with anyone seeking or providing reproductive health care.
The move is the latest in Trump’s weaponization of the DOJ. Since the beginning of his second term, he has stacked the DOJ with anti-abortion loyalists, pardoned anti-abortion extremists convicted of violating the FACE Act, and directed prosecutors to sharply limit abortion-related FACE Act enforcement—a dangerous pattern of shielding anti-abortion extremists from accountability.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Donald Trump is weaponizing the Department of Justice to protect anti-abortion extremists and punish the people who hold them accountable. The FACE Act exists because people have been harassed, threatened, and attacked simply for providing or seeking health care. By firing the prosecutors who enforced it, Trump is emboldening extremists and putting even more lives at risk.”
The DOJ’s actions also lay bare a staggering hypocrisy. While stepping back from prosecuting violent anti-abortion extremists, it is simultaneously stretching the FACE Act in unprecedented ways, charging individuals, including journalist Don Lemon, in cases unrelated to reproductive health care. This selective enforcement protects extremists while weaponizing the law against others.
The Trump administration’s DOJ is effectively greenlighting the terrorization of people seeking basic health care. By firing the prosecutors who enforced the FACE Act and elevating arguments that frame clinic blockades as a “civil liberties” issue, the DOJ has sent a clear message that patient safety is no longer a federal priority. When repeal is not possible, weakening enforcement becomes the mechanism for eroding the law’s impact.
