Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes for Reelection
Washington, DC — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All endorsed Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes for reelection. At a time when republican lawmakers in Arizona and DC are targeting Americans who have long faced systemic obstacles to voting—including young people, people with disabilities, people in rural and low-income areas, women, Indigenous voters, and Black voters—Secretary Fontes has held the line to defend the freedom to vote.
Fontes has been a staunch supporter of reproductive freedom. He has consistently opposed Arizona’s near-total abortion ban and supported the Arizona Abortion Access Act, which was passed by Arizona voters in 2024 and enshrines the right to abortion in the state’s constitution.
Anti-abortion extremists in the state legislature have repeatedly tried to undermine Arizonans’ right to abortion—even after voters codified it in the state constitution through Prop 139—disregarding the 9 in 10 Arizonans who support reproductive freedom.
Reproductive Freedom for All President and CEO Mini Timmaraju released the following statement:
“Adrian Fontes is a steadfast champion for reproductive freedom and democracy in Arizona. His reelection is critical to ensuring the protection of our rights. Arizonans have made clear time and again that they want abortion to be legal, and that they don’t want politicians to control their personal decisions. Secretaries of State around the country have played a key role in defending our right to vote against the continued attacks on our democracy from this administration—that’s why we will work tirelessly to reelect reproductive freedom champion, Adrian Fontes.”
Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Arizona Campaigns Athena Salman released the following statement:
“Arizonans deserve a Secretary of State who will put their best interests and wellbeing first, and Adrian Fontes has consistently delivered on that promise during his time in office. He is committed to protecting and advancing reproductive freedom in Arizona, defending our freedom to vote, and Reproductive Freedom for All Arizona is ready to mobilize our nearly 100,000 members to re-elect him this November.”
Secretary of State Adrian Fontes released the following statement:
“I’m proud to have the endorsement of Reproductive Freedom for All. Everyone deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare and the freedom to make their own choices.”
Reproductive Freedom for All recently endorsed Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs for reelection. The organization also launched its first slate of U.S. Senate endorsements in the 2026 cycle—backing candidates who will protect reproductive freedom in Congress, statehouses, and governors’ offices nationwide.
