Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Slate of Reproductive Freedom Champions for Election to the Arizona State Legislature

Phoenix, AZ — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All endorsed a slate of candidates for the Arizona State Legislature. Arizona voters approved Proposition 139 in 2024, establishing a fundamental right to abortion in the state constitution. These candidates are running for seats in the legislature responsible for enacting state laws.

Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Arizona Campaigns Athena Salman released the following statement:

“Arizonans made their will clear when they voted to enshrine the fundamental right to abortion in our state constitution. These candidates will honor that mandate, defend the protections of Proposition 139, and fight back against attacks on our reproductive freedom. We will keep working to ensure our members across the state are fired up and ready to send them to the statehouse this November.”

These endorsements are part of Reproductive Freedom for All’s historic My Body. My Ballot. midterm program. The campaign is mobilizing the 8 in 10 Americans who support reproductive freedom and reaching voters across the country to elect reproductive freedom champions up and down the ballot. Reproductive Freedom for All also previously endorsed Governor Katie Hobbs, Attorney General Kris Mayes, and Secretary of State Adrian Fontes for reelection.
