IVF Coverage

FY’25 budget resolution, S.Con.Res.7. Duckworth (D-IL) amendment to provide non-binding budget reconciliation instructions to expand coverage for fertility treatment services, including IVF. A vote for reproductive freedom was in favor of the amendment.

This measure positively impacts reproductive freedom.
