Rescind VA Abortion Rule: Motion to End Debate

A resolution to express congressional disapproval of the interim final rule relating to abortion care, S.J.Res.10. Motion to proceed to consideration of the resolution. This measure would reverse the Biden administration’s rule that allows access to abortion care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in certain cases and allows VA to provide comprehensive information on pregnancy options. A vote for reproductive freedom was against the motion to proceed.

This measure negatively impacts reproductive freedom.
