• Dropping prosecutions of violations of federal laws that protects our right to emergency medical care, Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA)
• Refusing to support the right to travel to access care
• Allowing the DOJ to become an instrument to monitor, track, and punish people for pregnancy outcomes, and/or support, endorse or collaborate with anti-abortion states in their efforts to punish people for accessing or providing care
• Misusing and misinterpreting the Comstock Act to enact a de facto national abortion ban without ever seeking a vote from Congress
