Abortion Ban Based on the Reason for Seeking Care

FY’22 Senate Budget Resolution, S.Con.Res.14. Inhofe (R-OK) amendment to provide non-binding budget reconciliation instructions banning federal funding for abortion based on the reason a person is seeking care.
