National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, H.R.2670. Jackson (R-TX) amendment to repeal the Department of Defense leave and travel policy that eases the burden of the statutory restrictions that force servicemembers and dependents to travel to access reproductive health care, including abortion services. A vote for reproductive freedom was against the amendment.
