Refusal to Comply for State Employers: Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, H.R.2617. Braun (R-OK) second-degree amendment to Cassidy (R-LA) amendment to add an exemption that would allow state employers to deny reasonable accommodations to pregnant working people employed by the state.
