Equip yourself with the facts. Here you’ll find explainers, deep dives, and other resources on reproductive freedom.
Abortion is a common part of reproductive health care. Yet politicians intentionally spread disinformation to stigmatize it.
Our electoral efforts connect voters with opportunities to make tangible change to help build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies, lives, and families.
We elect reproductive freedom champions from statehouses to the White House and protect and expand abortion rights and access through ballot measures.
Under a second Trump presidency, attacks on reproductive freedom have been relentless. But we’re tracking and fighting back against this extremist anti-abortion agenda.
Project 2025 is no longer just a “plan,” it’s a checklist of extreme policies being implemented at an alarming pace.

Reproductive Freedom for All Endorses Debra Shigley for State Senate District 21 in Georgia
Atlanta, GA — Today, Reproductive Freedom for All announced its endorsement of
Debra Shigley for State Senate District 21 in Georgia. Shigley is an outspoken supporter of reproductive freedom, she wrote an op-ed highlighting the deaths of Amber Nicole Thurman and Candi Miller and calling out the threats to black women’s lives from anti-abortion politicians across the state. This race is critical for reproductive freedom in the state of Georgia, and will be a bellwether for the 2026 mid-term elections in the state.
Reproductive Freedom for All Director of Georgia Campaigns, Alicia Stallworth, released the following statement:
“Since Georgia’s abortion ban went into effect, too many lives have been lost. We know what’s at stake in Georgia, and we need lawmakers who will meet this moment and fight for our rights and our dignity. That’s why Reproductive Freedom for All is proud to endorse Debra Shigley in the special election for Georgia Senate District 21. We know Debra will be a courageous advocate and a reproductive freedom champion for all Georgians.”
Debra Shigley released the following statement:
“Georgia is a state sitting on the frontline of attacks on reproductive freedom, and women are suffering because of it. As the next State Senator from Georgia’s 21st District, I will prioritize restoring access to vital care that has been ripped away.
I am proud to be endorsed by Reproductive Freedom for All, and I am dedicated to restoring a woman’s right to make her own healthcare decisions with her family and her doctor, not politicians.”
Earlier this year, Reproductive Freedom for All launched its first slate of endorsements in the 2026 cycle, an endorsement in the Virginia Governor’s race, and an endorsement in Arizona’s 7th congressional district 2025 special election, backing frontline candidates who will be vital to protecting and retaining a strong presence of reproductive freedom champions in Congress.
